The BioSpace25 conference is in compliance with ESA ISO 20121 standards for sustainable events.
Every initiative, from reducing paper usage to utilising porcelain plates and metal cutlery, offering a menu that will be almost entirely vegetarian and selecting a low-emission Courtesy Bus, is designed to minimise the environmental impact of the event.
Additionally, there will be recycling bins available throughout the venue, and all participants are encouraged to make use of them to support waste sorting and sustainability efforts.
Moreover, all participants are kindly invited to bring their own reusable water bottles, further contributing to the event’s sustainability goals as part of the ESA sustainability plan and the below sustainable scopes:
